1- Reserve the car you want with a refundable deposit before confirming the reservation.
2- Within 24 hours of paying the deposit, one of the sales department employees will contact you to confirm your order.
3- Pay the rest of the car’s value via Saudi SADAD or via transfer to the company’s accounts.
4- Car insurance after paying the value of the car through the sales employee or through the customer by sending the customs card.
5- After insuring the car, the transaction is sent to the Traffic Department to issue the form.
6- Shipping the car after ensuring its readiness to your city or the city closest to you or to your door (additional fees).

The car is shipped directly to the customer’s city, or the city closest to him, or to your door (additional fees) with Al-Bassami or Al-Wefaq Company. The shipping period may vary from one city to another, but usually shipping takes 3-5 working days.

The car will be received by the shipping company at their nearest branch in your city, and you will be provided with a shipping slip with the expected date of receiving the car.
