For Saudi Citizens:

  • The salary should be 3500 SAR for the government sector, 5000 SAR for the private sector, and for approved companies, and 6000 SAR for non-approved companies.
  • The salary must be deposited in the bank every month, with a minimum of three months of deposit.
  • The total obligations, including any mortgage loan, should not exceed 45% along with the car installment.
  • There should be no default in the SIMAH credit report.
  • The driver's license must be valid.
  • The age should not be less than 21 years and should not exceed 65 years.
  • No traffic violations.

For Residents:

  • The salary should be 4000 SAR for the government sector, 6000 SAR for the private sector and approved companies, and 8000 SAR for non-approved companies.
